MindEdge’s PMP® Exam Prep Course Revised for Fifth Edition of the PMBOK® Guide
March 21, 2013
MindEdge Learning has revised and enhanced its PMP® Exam Prep Course to reflect changes in the Fifth Edition of the PMBOK® Guide from the Project Management Institute (PMI). The revised MindEdge course is now available for those learners planning to take the PMP® exam after August 1, 2013.
The enhanced MindEdge course is available on MindEdge Online (www.mindedgeonline.com) and through MindEdge’s extensive network of project management training partners.
In revising and updating the course, MindEdge Learning has added new interactive games and components to help reinforce a learner’s understanding and knowledge of key project management concepts. An interactive chart summarizes the relationships between all of the project management processes, knowledge areas, process groups, inputs and outputs, and tools and techniques. This chart appears at the beginning of each module on a PMI® knowledge area, and it provides a quick-and-easy reference that will help learners visualize and review the interactions between the different processes and activities.
MindEdge’s PMP® Exam Prep Course (Fifth Edition) also includes two 200-question practice exams and five process group assessments with an additional 100 practice questions; video commentary from project management experts who highlight key study areas and offer tips and tricks for understanding complex exam topics; an extensive instant-access glossary of vocabulary words and abbreviations; and apps for access from smartphones, iPads, and other mobile devices.
Learners who successfully complete the course will earn 35 Professional Development Units (PDUs) accepted by the Project Management Institute. MindEdge, an educational content provider, publisher, and supplier of online programs for adult learners, is an authorized PMI Global Registered Education Provider.
