MindEdge Offers Ethics for Project Managers Course
March 26, 2012
MindEdge’s latest self-paced online course, Ethics for Project Managers, offers guidance for project managers as they confront ethical challenges in dealing with team members, vendors, stakeholders, and sponsors.
The course reviews the key ethical issues in project management. It highlights the key provisions of the Project Management Institute Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct and discusses the Code’s four foundational ethical values (Responsibility, Respect, Fairness, and Honesty).
Learners are given an opportunity to apply ethical principles to real world project scenarios through nine mini-cases. For each mini-case, video commentary by an experienced project management professional discusses best practices for addressing ethical challenges.
Ethics for Project Managers is recommended for anyone leading or managing projects. It is offered on MindEdge Online and through selected training partners.
Learners who successfully complete the course can earn three (3) Professional Development Units (PDUs) recognized by the Project Management Institute.
MindEdge, a learning company based in Waltham, MA, provides leadership, management, communication, and educational solutions for organizations to help them meet their objectives.
