Managing the HealthMax Software Team Simulation Available

MindEdge is now offering a new online simulation, Managing the HealthMax Software Team, an innovative learning opportunity that engages participants while exploring key real-world project management challenges.
This simulation puts the learner in the hot-seat as the project manager at HealthMax Software, overseeing the launch of a new software product. Participants guide all stages of the project from the planning stage to the software’s release. At each decision point, learners download supporting project documentation and answer fact-check questions.
Expert commentary from practicing project management professionals helps clarify key issues and an adaptive scoreboard scores the learner’s decisions based on the nine PMBOK® Guide knowledge areas. Learners will find their knowledge of project management deepened and their team leadership skills enhanced.
Learners who successfully complete the course will earn 10 Professional Development Units (PDUs) accepted by the Project Management Institute. MindEdge is an authorized PMI Global Registered Education Provider.
